Now whenever I add a movie, I take the extra 30 seconds to get a filebot match and then enter it into the library. I went back with filebot and redid all of my movies (around 3,000 of them) and checked them in to verify the match - took a while, but was a one time thing. That way, if I ever had to rebuild - it would be trivial.
